Being driven by modern management concepts, Acsen Tex established itself as a reputed Hosiery Yarn manufacturers, satisfying the growing quality standards of the Garment Manufacturers. The uncompromising policies on Training, Machineries selection, Raw Material purchases, Ethical Practices and Transparent relationship with Customers, has established the Company as one of the reliable Stake Holders in Yarn Market. Recently, Acsen Tex has also embarked on production of cellulosic fibre yarns from the raw material of highest quality.
Sprawling in an expanse of 12 acres, the Mill is situated on NH-68, 15 Kms from Attur.The built up area is approx. 2,00,000sq.ft which houses Modern machinery and required Accessories. Infrastructure is continuously upgraded inducting newer Technologies, to keep in pace with the industry to deliver quality yarn as per requirements of Customers.
All Systems and Processes are reviewed periodically through Trend analysis. Modern Quality process upgradation technics like Kaizan, Quality circle, etc., are employed to continuously improve the processes through participative employee engagement.
The Quality management systems are statistically designed to continuously monitor the Quality parameters from Raw material, Process parameters,work methods and practices to finished and packed products. Any deviation is immediately identified and corrected to deliver maximum possible consistent Quality.
